Job description Compliance Manager Bilfinger Tebodin
As Compliance Manager you will be responsible for supporting the operational business of Tebodin. Set-up and execute the compliance cycle. A sparring partner for senior management and consulting local management and employees. You will optimize the compliance training. You identify compliance risks in the operating business and review projects in matters of compliance-related issues. You will analyse, assess and investigate incoming suspicious cases. You will collaborate with relevant special departments (such as Internal Audit, HR and Legal), law firms, auditing firms and authorities. Key compliance themes are Anti-Corruption, Ant-Bribery, Anti-Trust, Third Party Due Diligences, compliance systems and compliance risk analyses. Next to this you will review and enforce the regulations of the Group-wide Compliance System. You are expected to contribute to the further professionalizing of the global Legal and Compliance Department.The Legal & Compliance Department plays an important role at Bilfinger as an internationally active company and is directly subordinated to the CEO. The operational business of Bilfinger SE is supported by Compliance Teams, each under the direction of a Compliance Officer. You will report to the Legal & Compliance Department at Bilfinger and to the CEO of Tebodin.
Requirements Compliance Manager Bilfinger Tebodin
You are experienced in the field of examination and assessment of Compliance Management Systems. An independent, goal-oriented and systematic way of working is what distinguishes you. You also have strong analytical and conceptual skills. In addition to assertiveness and teamwork skills, you have a confident appearance and communication skills both verbally and in writing. You are characterized by a pronounced organizational skill. Flexibility and high operational readiness are just as important as a good command of the Dutch and English language.• At least 7 years of proven professional experience in the field of compliance;
• Master degree in Business Administration or Law;
• You are well aware of all relevant legal regulations (particularly local prosecution law, anti-trust regulations, US FCPA and UK Bribery Act) and can apply them safely;
• You are willing to travel within The Netherlands and abroad (up to 30%).
